Recently, RDBA attorneys negotiated and executed end of sale-leaseback financing transfers of easement rights for a Fortune 500 telecommunications lessee client in the context of three different end-of-lease retention strategies whereby the lessee purchased the assets, the lessee purchased the beneficial interest in the owner trust that controlled the assets under the sale-leaseback financing and the lessee extended the lease of the telecommunications assets.
